Job Description
Role: Procurement Workplace Lead UK&I
Location: Hybrid with the requirement to be in London 1-2x week
Salary: £46,000 - £69,000
About the Role:
We are seeking a UK&I Sourcing Specialist who will manage category sourcing and contract management activities across the UK & Ireland region, with a focus on Workplace, HR and Corporate Services.
The role involves delivering sourcing projects, managing supplier relationships, and ensuring procurement processes align with global and regional category strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement global and regional category strategies across UK&I projects.
Identify and manage sourcing opportunities through spend analysis and stakeholder engagement.
Lead end-to-end sourcing activities, including market research, RFP development, supplier evaluation, negotiation and award.
Negotiate and manage supplier contracts, including SLAs and compliance with legal and internal policies.
Support adoption of preferred suppliers and negotiated contracts within purchasing systems.
Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
Ensure compliance with procurement processes, regulations and internal policies.
Monitor category KPIs and savings targets.

Skills & Experience:
Solid experience in procurement, sourcing or category management.
Strong negotiation, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a matrix organisation.
Ability to understand and communicate local nuances (market, process, relationships).
Proactive, solution-oriented and collaborative approach.
