Job Description
Alliance Leader, UKI — Supply Chain & Engineering
Location: UK
Competitive Salary + Package + Sales Activity Bonus (SAB)
(Accenture will be recruiting at Associate Director Level)
About the role
We are looking for an exceptional Alliance Leader to own and grow our strategic partner ecosystem across the UK and Ireland, with a primary focus on Siemens and a portfolio of complementary alliances in supply chain, Industry 4.0, and engineering.
This is a senior, high-visibility role. You will define how we go to market with our most important technology and channel partners, build relationships at the executive level, and directly influence revenue through partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline. You'll be a recognised leader within the alliance team, setting the standard for how we build and scale partnerships in this region.
What you'll do
Alliance strategy & leadership
Own the UKI alliance strategy for supply chain, Industry 4.0, and engineering verticals — setting goals, defining joint value propositions, and holding partners accountable to mutual commitments
Serve as the primary senior point of contact for Siemens across the UKI region, managing the full breadth of the relationship from field co-selling through to executive alignment
Identify, recruit, and onboard additional alliance partners that strengthen our position in industrial automation, digital manufacturing, and intelligent supply chain
Revenue & pipeline
Build and own a partner-influenced and partner-sourced pipeline, with clear attribution and reporting into leadership
Work side by side with the sales organisation to accelerate deals through alliance channels — providing partner context, co-selling motions, and deal support
Meet and exceed SAB targets tied to partner-originated pipeline, joint wins, and ecosystem growth metrics
Cross-functional influence
Act as the internal champion for your partner ecosystem — aligning product, marketing, presales, and delivery teams around joint go-to-market plays
Lead the development of joint solution offerings, co-marketing campaigns, and partner enablement programmes for the UKI market
Represent the company at industry events, partner forums, and Siemens ecosystem activities across the region
What’s in it for you
At Accenture in addition to a competitive basic salary, you will also have an extensive benefits package which includes up to 30 days vacation per year, private medical insurance and 3 extra days leave per year for charitable work of your choice!
Flexibility and mobility are required to deliver this role as there will be requirements to spend time onsite with our clients and partners to enable delivery of the first-class services we are known for.
Closing Date for Applications 31/03/2026
Accenture reserves the right to close the role prior to this date should a suitable applicant be found.
We are looking for experience in the following skills:
Proven track record in alliance management, partner development, or business development within a technology or industrial software environment
Direct experience working with Siemens, or deep familiarity with the Siemens partner ecosystem (Digital Industries, Smart Infrastructure, or equivalent)
Strong understanding of supply chain, manufacturing, or Industry 4.0 domains — enough to hold credible, peer-level conversations with partners and customers
Demonstrated ability to build executive relationships and influence without authority across complex, matrixed organisations
Experience working to sales incentive or quota-bearing targets in a partner-facing role
Based in the UK, with the ability to travel across the UKI region and occasionally internationally
Set yourself apart:
Familiarity with adjacent industrial ecosystems (Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, PTC, Dassault Systems, or similar)
Background in engineering, operational technology (OT), or industrial automation
Experience managing or mentoring others in an alliance or partnerships function
