We are looking for an experienced and ambitious Associate Manager to join our UK Life Sciences R&D practice, bringing a combination of Life Sciences industry knowledge, technology-enabled transformation experience and strong programme delivery capability. The role sits at the intersection of business consulting and technology programme delivery, with Pharmaceutical experience expected and adjacent Life Sciences sector experience (e.g. MedTech) an advantage.

We are seeking an experienced Associate Manager to join the UK Life Sciences Industry & Enterprise team. This is a delivery role owning defined workstreams or projects within complex Life Sciences R&D transformation and technical programmes, with the opportunity to work across business, technology, data and functional teams. A background in the Pharmaceutical sector is required, while adjacent sector experience (e.g. MedTech) would be an advantage.
The successful candidate will combine strong project and technical programme delivery experience with stakeholder management, people leadership and technology fluency, taking ownership of workstreams and coordinating multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality outcomes.

Your home office will be in London. This role is client-facing and may therefore involve travel, working in other parts of the UK as well as overseas depending on the needs of the project.
