As a Senior Manager, you will:
Own end-to-end delivery of large-scale Google Cloud Data & AI transformation programs.
Act as the onshore delivery authority for UK clients, accountable for scope, quality, timelines, risk, and financials;
Lead delivery across Google Cloud native platforms, including: Data & Analytics platforms, BigQuery, data pipelines, analytics layers
AI & ML solutions (Vertex AI-based workloads, AI enabled data products)
Drive Google Cloud delivery best practices, including secure-by-design, scalable, and production-ready architectures
Partner closely with:
Google Cloud architects and engineers
Accenture AGBG solutioning and engineering teams
Google accounts and partner teams where required
Lead client governance, security reviews, and regulatory discussions, particularly for UK regulated industries
Manage hybrid onshore–offshore delivery models, ensuring offshore execution is aligned to onshore governance
Support Google Cloud solution shaping, transitions, and scale-out phases across multiple accounts
We are looking for experience in the following:
Strong experience delivering programs on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), including:
Data platforms, analytics modernization and AI enabled use cases
Cloud-native delivery models and DevOps / CI-CD alignment;
Understanding of Google Cloud security, IAM, data governance, and compliance concepts relevant to enterprise and regulated clients
Experience working within Google–Accenture co-delivery and co-sell models.;
Ability to translate Google Cloud reference architectures into executable delivery plans
Proven history delivery leadership experience across complex cloud or Data & AI transformation programs
Experience delivering for enterprise or regulated UK clients (FSI, Telecom, Media, Public Sector)
Excellent stakeholder management skills, including senior client and partner engagement
Strong understanding of cloud governance, security, and compliance in production environments
Ability to operate as a bridge between business stakeholders, Google Cloud architects, and delivery teams
