We’re especially looking for individuals who are experts in front-end engineering for mobile or web platforms, with deep experience in modern frameworks and performance optimization. You’ll bring hands-on experience with generative AI technologies and understand how to apply them to enhance product experiences. Consulting experience is also key — you’ll be comfortable engaging with clients, shaping solutions, and driving strategic outcomes.

As a frontend engineering specialist, you will:

· Support growth within our customer technology product engineering practice

· Advise clients on how to build product and platform engineering capabilities and teams

· Build strong client relationships focused on customer, digital and platforms

· Lead work across large digital & agile transformation programmes

· Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, Data Scientists and Engineers to deliver compelling user-facing products and solutions

· Propel the use of Generative AI within our work and products

· Provide input to technology & engineering thought leadership to our clients and teams

· Elevate team performance through mentorship, skills learning and career development

· Contribute to developing offerings, assets, capabilities, and attend events

We are looking for experience in the following:

• 4 years+ experience in front end engineering
• 2 years+ experience leading teams/squads or significant independent pieces of work
• Proven (with examples) experience of delivering interfaces on web and/or mobile that:
  • Uses modern frontend technologies (e.g. React/React Native/Angular/Vue/iOS/Android)
  • Performs quickly and elegantly
  • Is accessible to all users
  • Is high in quality
• Proven (with examples) of how you have elevated your team’s Engineering Practices
• Use of Generative AI within your workflows and/or products you are creating
• Experience working closely with other disciplines (Back-end, Design, QA, Cloud, PM/PO/Delivery) and awareness of:
  • Systems Architecture
  • Platform & SRE Engineering
  • Quality Engineering
  • CI/CD
• Experience in agile environments for digital product creation
• Awareness as a technologist of:
• Comfortable in articulating trends in technology and engineering practices
• Proven (with examples) of how you have elevated your team’s Engineering Practices
