Job Description

Contract Senior Analyst

Location: London (some travel may be required)

Salary: up to £43,000 per annum plus benefits

Do you have experience working in IT or service delivery—and understand how contracts keep projects running smoothly?

At Accenture, our Contract Management team sits right at the centre of some of our biggest client engagements. We work closely with the business to shape deals, manage risk, and make sure commercial agreements turn into successful outcomes for both Accenture and our clients.

As a Contract Senior Analyst, you’ll help manage the contracts behind major IT projects and client accounts. You’ll be working day-to-day with delivery teams and clients to make sure contracts are being followed, risks are picked up early, and services are delivered as agreed.

This is a client-facing role, so being comfortable working in IT and service delivery environments is really important.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Help manage and administer client contracts and subcontracts, making sure everything aligns with company and client requirements
  • Work closely with delivery teams and clients to support live IT projects and managed services
  • Draft and review key documents like Statements of Work (SOWs), change requests, NDAs, and subcontracts
  • Keep track of important delivery documents like change logs and deliverables so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Spot and help manage commercial or contractual risks, especially when projects change or scope shifts
  • Support bids and pre-sales activity, including RFP responses and contract drafting
  • Help keep contract processes running smoothly and in line with compliance standards
  • Support and mentor junior team members when needed
  • Look for ways to improve how the team works and make things more efficient

What we’re looking for:

  • Experience working in IT or service delivery environments (very important)—ideally in a contract management, legal, or commercial role.
  • Experience working on the supplier side of client engagements, with an understanding of delivering services to clients and managing associated contractual obligations.
  • Strong understanding of the contract lifecycle and commercial contracting principles.
  • Experience reviewing or drafting commercial agreements, including exposure to SOWs and change control processes.
  • Ability to draft and manage key delivery artefacts such as change requests and deliverables logs.
  • Strong organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative, client-facing environments.
  • Confident using Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Law or related field preferred).
  • Professional certification (e.g., IACCM / NCMA) is a plus.
