Job Description

Contract Senior Analyst

Location: London (some travel may be required)

Salary: Competitive based on skills and experience

At Accenture, our Contract Management team sits at the heart of our most strategic client engagements. We partner with the business to shape complex deals, manage risk, and turn commercial opportunities into successful, high-value outcomes for both Accenture and our clients.

As a Contract Senior Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting the management of client contracts and commercial activities across key projects and accounts. You’ll work closely with delivery teams and clients to help ensure contracts are managed effectively, risks are identified early, and business value is maximised for both Accenture and our clients.

This is a client-facing role where you’ll build strong working relationships while supporting contract lifecycle activities and contributing to successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the management and administration of client contracts and subcontracts in line with company policies and client requirements.

  • Work closely with delivery teams and client counterparts to support day-to-day service delivery.

  • Assist with drafting and reviewing contractual documents, including Statements of Work, change requests, NDAs and subcontracts.

  • Identify and help manage commercial and contractual risks and issues.

  • Support sales and pre-award activities, including RFP responses and contract drafting.

  • Contribute to contract management processes and compliance across projects and accounts.

  • Mentor and support junior contract management professionals where required.

  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency within the team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Prior similar professional experience, ideally in contract management, legal, or commercial roles.

  • Understanding of the contract lifecycle and commercial contracting principles.

  • Experience reviewing or drafting commercial agreements.

  • Strong organisation, prioritisation and stakeholder management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, collaborative environments.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree required (Business, Law or related field preferred).

  • Professional certification (e.g., IACCM / NCMA) is a plus.
