Reporting into the People Operations Manager you will contribute towards the compliant administration of our People policies and processes.

About you

We are looking for someone who has a real passion for people and delivering exemplary customer service. Someone who has a working knowledge of HR processes, policies, compliance, and systems, and who can seamlessly fit into an already productive team. You will possess excellent attention to detail and be ruthlessly organised. A proactive self-starter with an enthusiastic and positive can-do attitude you won’t be afraid to roll your sleeves up and get things done. You will be joining us at an exciting time, and this is great opportunity for someone to help support organisational growth by making our People processes and capability 10x better.

You will be responsible for

  • Ensuring the delivery of critical People Operations processes including Onboarding, Offboarding, Payroll and Job Changes
  • Owning and maintaining Team Member documentation including contracts, T&C amendments and all other items pertinent to the team member lifecycle.
  • HRIS data including team member records and information changes such as promotions, terminations and transfers. Ensuring the integrity and accuracy of all people data both in the HRIS and ancillary systems.
  • Supporting the monthly management of Payroll (UK & Australia) by working directly with Finance and our outsourced payroll provider
  • Providing functional and technical support surrounding bob, our HRIS
  • Being the initial point of contact for employees to answer questions or concerns regarding company policies and practice

Requirements

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience in a People/People Operations role (a minimum of 1 years’ experience) and a demonstratable interest in HR (either via your education or a CIPD qualification)
  • Experience working in a fast moving, dynamic, digital, entrepreneurial businesses
  • The ability to operate effectively in an agile organisation
  • An adaptable/responsive approach and be comfortable with ambiguity and change
  • Proven ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Solid planning and organisational skills, with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal, facilitation, communication, and consulting skills including the ability to effectively interact with and influence internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong curiosity and a willingness to challenge the status quo while maintaining a collaborative approach
  • Robust IT skills and the ability to quickly grasp HR Systems
  • A strong Customer Service bias

It would also be great if you had:

  • Experience working with Hibob
