Job Description

We help the world run better
At SAP, we keep it simple: you bring your best to us, and we'll bring out the best in you. We're builders touching over 20 industries and 80% of global commerce, and we need your unique talents to help shape what's next. The work is challenging – but it matters. You'll find a place where you can be yourself, prioritize your wellbeing, and truly belong. What's in it for you? Constant learning, skill growth, great benefits, and a team that wants you to grow and succeed.

What You’ll Build

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP’s global, strategic, paid internship program that provides university students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers. This is more than an internship, it’s the foundation for a career built on connection, creativity, and impact.

Position title: SAP Support Center Network iXp Intern – Program Assistant

Location: São Leopoldo, RS (hybrid position)

The Technology & Transformation Office (TTO), within SAP Global Customer Support, drives cross-organizational programs that support the transformation strategy. The programs span key areas such as Search, Voice of the Customer (VoC), Built-In Support, and Automation — each contributing to continuous improvement and innovation within SAP.

In this internship, you will play a critical role in enabling the TTO to operate smoothly and effectively.

You will support both:

  • The Head of the Technology & Transformation Office through administrative, operational, and coordination tasks, and
  • Multiple TTO program leads by providing structured program support and cross-program coordination.
  • This role is ideal for someone who enjoys structured work, thrives in a dynamic global environment, and wants hands-on exposure to transformation, program management, and leadership operations.

Support to the Head of the TTO

  • Coordinate calendars, meetings, and follow-up actions.
  • Prepare presentations, communications, and leadership materials.
  • Support logistics such as meeting preparation and occasional travel or expense tasks.

Program Support & Coordination

  • Track actions, risks, decisions, and follow-ups across TTO programs.
  • Maintain templates, documentation, and structured reporting.
  • Consolidate updates from program leads into clear summaries and leadership materials.
  • Facilitate alignment and communication between programs.
  • Keep shared tools and repositories (Teams, SharePoint, OneNote) organized and up to date.

What You’ll bring:

We’re looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

  • Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, International Relations, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong organization and time management skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious, and eager to learn in a global and fast-paced environment.
  • Clear and confident communication skills in English (written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing needs.
  • Collaborative mindset with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
  • Previous experience in administrative or project/program support (academic or internship) is a plus.

Where You Belong:

Be part of SAP Next Gen, a global community for students, universities, schools and educational partners, who are passionate about innovation and technology.

1. Culture of Collaboration: Partner with experienced SAP colleagues and expert mentors who will support your growth. Grow professionally through personalized mentoring, coaching, and career development support.

2. Project-driven Experience: Kickstart your career with hands-on learning experience, making an impact from day one by contributing to meaningful projects that help the world run better. You’ll have endless learning resources at your fingertips and gain future-ready skills from a variety of virtual, in-person, and hybrid learning sessions, cultivated just for you, and aligned with our learning approach.

3. Gain Visibility: Build relationships with leaders and peers across teams and functions. Showcase your ideas, skills, and creativity in a global, fast-paced environment. Open doors for future career opportunities within SAP and beyond.

Our team culture is built on support, collaboration, and global connection, with a strong focus on trust, transparency, and continuous improvement. We work with a shared sense of purpose and ownership, ensuring that every voice is heard and every contribution truly matters.

The people who thrive in this environment are proactive, organized, and adaptable individuals who enjoy solving problems, learning continuously, and supporting others to achieve collective goals. Collaboration is at the core of how we operate: we work across regions and functions, combining virtual communication with local teamwork, guided by open dialogue, regular check-ins, and knowledge sharing.

This role offers meaningful growth opportunities, providing hands-on exposure to digital transformation, program management, governance, and cross-organizational strategy. You will work closely with program leads and leadership, gaining experience that is valuable for any future career path. What makes this workplace truly special is the opportunity to contribute to high-visibility transformation initiatives, collaborate with global stakeholders, and partner with leaders driving change across SAP — all while developing your professional skills and making a real impact.
