Job Description
What you'll bring to the team
LEGOLAND Discovery Centre Birmingham are looking for a Guest Experience Team Leader to ensure every guest has an unforgettable experience while keeping our attractions running smoothly.
In this role, you'll be leading from the front, welcoming guests, managing queues, coordinating school visits, running seasonal events and overseeing admissions and guest experience teams. You’ll also support the Operations Manager with the daily running of the department, mentoring team members and handling operational challenges.
What you’ll be doing
- Leading by example on the front line, including ride operations, 4D cinema, play areas and character experiences.
- Supporting the Operations Manager with team coordination, safety procedures and guest flow management.
- Handling guest queries, solving problems and ensuring exceptional service.
- Coaching and mentoring team members to drive performance and guest satisfaction.
- Assisting with events, school group management and ensuring all areas of the attraction are operating at their best.
This is a full-time permanent role, working any five days from seven, including weekends and bank holidays.

Qualifications & Experience
- Previous team leader or supervisory experience (preferably in operations or visitor attractions)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to motivate a team and create a positive, guest-focused environment
- Confidence in handling day-to-day challenges and ensuring a smooth operation
