This is the Privacy & Cookies Policy (the “Policy”) of Flexa Ltd, a company incorporated under the laws of England and Wales with company number 12118690 whose registered office is 7 Zinc House, 28 Elsdale Street, London, E9 6QY, United Kingdom (hereafter ‘Flexa’, ‘we’ or ‘us’). This Policy describes the ways in which Flexa collects and uses information about you when you use our website at https://flexa.careers/ (the “Website”).

Flexa may change this Policy at any time and whilst it will tell you via a banner on the Website about what it feels are key changes to the Policy, please check it regularly to keep up-to-date. If you do not wish to accept the new Policy you should stop using the Website.     To make our services available to you and improve the delivery of our services. We anonymise any data that you provide relating to your ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability and pronouns and then use this data as part of data sets examining diversification in the work place.

    Contractual necessity or, in certain cases, consent – You choose to create a profile with us and determine the level of information that you provide us with as part of your account creation. We require certain details about you in order to provide you with information about potential job opportunities and other details we give you the option as to whether you provide them or not.

3. Sharing your information with third parties

Some of the information Flexa collects from you is passed to third parties. These third parties are:

  1. our data platform provider MongoDB;
  2. customer engagement and management software providers such as Intercom and Hubspot;
  3. certain third party analytics and cookies providers as described further in Clause 7 below;
  4. our regulator (the ICO);
  5. in anonymised form, Flexa may share the information with:
    i. any third party, in relation to the sale of some or all of Flexa’s business, or its assets, or as part of any business restructuring or reorganisation. Flexa will take steps with the aim of ensuring that your rights continue to be protected if your personal data is transferred under these circumstances;
    ii. data aggregators and platform providers as part of an analysis of user metrics or sales performance; or
    iii. law enforcement agencies in compliance with law enforcement.

Where we or any third party that we engage transfer personal data outside the EEA we ensure that we or they (as applicable) have an appropriate adequacy ground to do so.
