About us

Squared helps founders and start-ups build operations. Think of a startup as a puzzle where operations are the missing pieces that we fill in. 🧩

Our model is subscription-based and that gives our clients access to a platform where they can see all the progress and work we're doing. 🚀

We started in January 2022 and as we are start-up ourselves, we've been able to get involved in some very exciting ventures. Our day to day can vary, from working with clients to shooting in the studio. We also encourage building your own contacts through extensive virtual and in-person networking. 🙌🏻

Flexible working at Squared

Squared has taken the approach in a post-pandemic world to be driven by choice of the people that drive and grow the business. Today, we are 100% work from home! Tomorrow, our new joiners may want co-working space or an office. This is the new world we live in and we don't believe we need to dictate which four walls you need to be in (or out of!) 🙌🏻

Approach to diversity & inclusion

As you can see from our Flexa score on diversity, we're aware that there is still more to do! As we're still quite small (2 FT and 2 Contractors), most of our DEI work is being focussed towards ensuring we have an inclusive and solid hiring process.
