What You’ll Be Doing:

🔹 Owning & Optimising the Tech Stack – Build and maintain HubSpot & Gong, ensuring seamless integrations and data accuracy.
🔹 Sales Performance Analytics – Create dashboards, track key metrics, and deliver insights that drive strategic decisions.
🔹 Driving CRM & Automation Best Practices – Enhance processes, streamline workflows, and implement scalable solutions.
🔹 Empowering Teams – Train users, troubleshoot issues, and maximize productivity across sales and marketing.

What We’re Looking For:

3-5 years of Revenue Operations experience in a SaaS environment.
✅ Expertise in HubSpot & Gong – you know how to make these tools work seamlessly.

✅ Analytical & Data-Driven – You turn numbers into insights and drive strategic decisions.
Tech-Savvy & Detail-Oriented – You understand CRM systems inside out and ensure data accuracy.
Problem-Solver with a Strategic Mindset – You spot inefficiencies and proactively fix them.
Highly Organized & Agile – You thrive in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple priorities with ease.
Collaborative Communicator – You can translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.

This role operates on a rolling interview process, meaning we will be conducting interviews until we extend an offer. As a result, candidates may progress through the interview stages at varying paces.

Flexible working week
Work from anywhere scheme – up to 120 days in any 12 month period
