We understand that relocating can be a challenging experience, which is why we offer support to make the transition as smooth as possible. 

The exact relocation package might vary based on the country, but we always provide financial assistance, related to moving expenses (e.g., flight coverage, storage, etc.). We also provide housing assistance (e.g., accommodation for the first 30 nights after arrival, help in finding temporary or permanent housing) and overall support our new colleagues to learn more about the new country and culture.

At Transcom, we make sure that everything goes as planned and as smoothly as possible for both parties - candidates and us.
