Hey there, we’re Wild. We’re on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom and redefine the future of personal care across Europe and beyond. We’re a high-growth, venture-backed start-up, launching our refillable deodorant on WeAreWild.com in 2020 - we’re also one of Europe’s fastest growing start-ups. Sounds fun, right?
We’re now looking for a DACH Region Account Manager (this is our second biggest market outside the UK, and our fastest growing!)

📓Some of your daily responsibilities:
- Management of our key accounts in the DACH region
- P&L responsibility for accounts managed
- Building and executing profitable value and volume adding trade plans
- Landing best in class in store activation and promotions to attract and retain customers
- Forecasting by product for your accounts
- Working closely with shopper marketing to deliver strong return on investment
- Detailed data analysis with outputs informing optimised commercial decision making
- Travel to DACH markets for meetings, networking & store visits
🚀 What we need from you:
Essential:
- Fluent in German and English
- German retail account management experience
- Excellent relationship management and communication
- Deep understanding of the German retail market
- Strong commercial acumen
- Negotiation experience/training
- Strong forecasting skills
- Confident presentation skill-set
- Excellent numeracy
- High Excel/Google sheet competency
Desirable:
- DM/Rossman account management experience
- Export management experience
