Hey there, we’re Wild. We’re on a mission to remove single-use plastic from the bathroom and redefine the future of personal care across Europe and beyond. We’re a high-growth, venture-backed start-up, launching our refillable deodorant on WeAreWild.com in 2020 - we’re also one of Europe’s fastest growing start-ups. Sounds fun, right?

We’re now looking for a DACH Region Account Manager (this is our second biggest market outside the UK, and our fastest growing!)

📓Some of your daily responsibilities:

- Support in management of some our key accounts in the DACH region, establishing a successful sales growth strategy in these territories

- Building strong long term relationships with key retail partners

- Working with the team to build and execute profitable value and volume adding trade plans, sharing responsibility for P&L delivery

- Working closely with shopper marketing to deliver strong return on investment

- Landing best in class in store activation and promotions to attract and retain customers

- Forecasting by product for the DACH region based on data analysis

- Detailed data analysis with outputs to inform optimised commercial decision making that will support team commercial decision

- Travel to DACH markets for meetings, networking & store visits

🚀 What we need from you:

- Fluent in German and English

- German retail account experience

- Excellent communication skills

- Understanding of the German retail market

- Commercial acumen

- Strong presentation skill set

- Excellent numeracy

- High Excel/Google sheet competency
