The Copywriter is responsible for producing clear, compelling, and creative written content for various marketing and communication materials. This role involves working closely with marketing teams to craft engaging copy that effectively conveys the brand’s message and resonates with the target audience.
Job Description
As a talented and inspiring Copywriter, you will report directly to our Brand & Creative VP and ensure that our brand remains recognisable, up to date and exciting to job hunters and companies.
Working in tight relation with the whole Marketing department (Creative Studio, Product Marketing and Growth Marketing), as well as with cross-functional teams (Product, Business, Media…), you will have the opportunity to define the tone of voice of our company, develop creative campaigns that make us stand out and work with an extensive network of external partners.
Here’s a snapshot of you and your team’s future responsibilities:
Brand Foundations: Define our tone of voice strategy for our brand in order to position it uniquely in our market and roll it out on all our relevant touchpoints (both internally & externally).
Run : Create and edit written content for a variety of marketing materials, including advertisements, brochures, websites, social media, emails, and more. Develop, write, and proofread advertising copy, taglines, and slogans.
Research and understand the target audience, market trends, and industry to inform content creation.
Collaborate with marketing, design, and creative teams to ensure that the copy aligns with the visual elements and overall marketing strategy.
Maintain consistent brand voice and messaging across all materials.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in copywriting and marketing.
Adapt content for different platforms and mediums, ensuring it is appropriate for the intended audience and format.
Reporting & Analysis: Track key metrics to assess our brand tone of voice, proactively identify opportunities, measure the effectiveness of your strategy and report on its successes.

Our Senior Copywriter would be someone with:
5+ years of experience in a Copywriter role, with a strong portfolio of writing samples.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and editing abilities.
Creative thinking and the ability to generate unique and engaging content ideas.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to feedback.
Strong time management and organisational skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
A strong interest in design and brand culture
Excellent communication skills, both in French and English
