Full-Time
Primary Responsibilities:
The implementation and management of growth marketing activities to drive customer engagement and build the Wash Doctors brand as a new category of on-demand technology-driven lifestyle-based car care.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Work closely with the Founders and a small cross-functional team to establish marketing as a core driver of the business.
Initial Projects/Initiatives (First 6-12 months):
Initiate the testing of paid media campaigns, organic social, email marketing, and influencer marketing to develop a robust customer acquisition model. Implement referral and loyalty schemes to drive word-of-mouth (WOM).
Minimum Years of Experience:
Minimum 3 years in a marketing role with leadership responsibilities.
Industry/Company Experience:
Experience in technology and B2C services desired but not essential.
Platform Competencies:
Omnichannel Marketing Tools (Email, SMS, App [Push, Message]), Meta, Google (Ads, Analytics, Sheets).
Essential Skills and Competencies:
Strong project management skills and the ability to work across a breadth of marketing channels. Good written and verbal communication skills as well as a desire to think strategically about how different marketing channels can influence the brands growth and the customer LTV. We are looking for initiative and a self-starter with a strong desire to execute and report data driven insights.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
Key performance indicators include campaign effectiveness, lead generation, customer acquisition, and brand awareness and Customer LTV.
Success Measurement (First 6 months/First year):
Success will be measured by the achievement of quarterly and annual marketing goals.
Key Collaborators:
The candidate will work closely with the Founders, Head of Marketplace Development, CTO, and Customer Service, to ensure that the marketing effort transcend the business operations.
Salary Range: £40-45K
Timeline:
We aim to complete the recruitment process within 6 weeks.

The process includes initial screening where we will gather your CV and a short introductory video. This will then progress to an interview with the Co-Founder and Founder of the business to gather more context around your career to date. and a final interview with a pre-prepared task to present.
