Job Description

Your day to day:

Participates in the development and implementation of software solutions/programs according to client requirements and job competencies.Defines technical requirements, designs, configures, implements, and tests software solutions for IT projects with an impact on IT infrastructure, in accordance with global standards.Develops scripts/programs at the operating system level (bash, ksh, python, perl, etc.) to meet client or business needs.

  • Participates in all stages of IT projects, contributing to the implementation of new software solutions
  • Develops scripts/programs to extend IT solutions' functionalities or automate recurring activities.
  • Defines technical requirements, designs, configures, and implements solutions involving operating systems and virtualization platforms.
  • Defines and develops disaster recovery software solutions, creates disaster scenarios, and periodically tests existing solutions.
  • Optimizes existing solutions by redefining system architectures or through software

  • Basic knowledge of IT infrastructure administration, IT systems and office technology (hardware and software) – beginner level
  • Documentation skills,problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines,well-organized, prioritizes effectively, and thorough
  • Effectively manages multiple requests; result-oriented,teamwork skills for distributed and remote teams
  • Client-oriented; ability to positively influence the client experience

Must have technical / professional qualifications:

  • IT System Administrator, 0-1 year experience
  • Experience with operating systems (Linux/Windows)
  • Knowledge of virtualization (VMware) and distributed systems
  • Hardware architecture,knowledge of procedural programming and shell scripting
  • General knowledge of cybersecurity
