Job Description

Role purpose:


As a Senior Sourcing Specialist, you will be a senior member of the sourcing COE team. You will independently work on complex and senior skills to identify and engage potential candidates for open roles within VOIS. This role involves utilizing multiple sourcing channels, maintaining candidate databases, and collaborating with TABPs to ensure a smooth hiring process. Additionally, you would mentor and coach junior members of the team.


Roles and Responsibilities:

• Utilizing a variety of sourcing channels to attract talent for complex and senior skills, qualify candidates and be the first point of contact for candidates.
• Offer guidance on sourcing practices, tools, and processes. Help set daily and weekly goals, track team activities, and ensure timely task completion.
• Supporting the Sourcing team in executing sourcing strategies.
• Achieve periodic sourcing goals by employing diverse strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline.
• Evaluating candidates before advancing them to interview process.
• Consistently engage with candidates and provide feedback
• Maintaining timely and accurate information on Applicant Tracking System.
• Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools.
• Represent the region in global projects.
• Sourcing data Reporting and Analysis.
• Ability to generate and interpret market insights.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business. Administration, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting.
• Expert with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, coach and mentor team members.


Must have technical/professional qualifications:

• Experience with advance sourcing techniques.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Organization skills and attention to details.
• Influencing and relationship building.
