Job Description
What you’ll do
- Support current provisioning transformation initiatives by following the architectural blueprint and reviewing or creating the high/low level design documents.
- Ensure support for technical (specifications) alignment with the related systems.
- Lead the analysis related to transformation projects, present reports/statistics, identify and evaluate key issues, and propose mitigation strategies.
- Evaluate the impact of ongoing OSS projects on operational processes and propose adjustments and optimizations.
- Develop new methods and working processes according to business needs.
- Conduct briefing sessions for relevant managers and key stakeholders to facilitate the decision-making process.
- Contribute to validate technical documentation (requirements, design and architecture, source code, testing documents) delivered by partners.
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to testing, operations, and operational support teams.
- Ensure compatibility of technical solutions with high-level architectural solutions and resolve any discrepancies.
What you bring?
- Deep knowledge of telecommunications at the European level.
- Strong expertise in development processes, best practices, and design patterns.
- Deep knowledge of common architecture frameworks in the sector.
- Capacity for working transversally between multifunctional and multicultural limits to deliver results and change.
- Proven experience (6+ years) in the telecom industry, preferably in a multinational & multicultural environment.
- Ability to understand complex technical information.
- In-depth understanding of OSS architecture frameworks (e.g., TMForum, eTOM) and methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, as well as IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
Technical / professional qualifications and expertise:
- Capacity for working transversally between multifunctional and multicultural limits for delivering results and change.
- Proven experience in the telecom industry, preferably in a multinational & multicultural environment.
- Ability to understand complex technical information.
- In-depth understanding of OSS architecture frameworks (e.g., TMForum, eTOM) and methodologies like Agile and Waterfall, as well as IT service management frameworks such as ITIL.
- Ability to build and maintain professional relationships at all levels of the organization, demonstrating facilitation skills.
- Customer-oriented.
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken).
- Engineering degree in Telecommunications or Computer Science.
