Required Skills -

•Experience in providing solution and designing of various telco products in Amdocs Products.
•Having a good understanding of agile methodology
•Technology: Highly Experienced in Kenan billing system designing and development. Kenan Billing System architecture.
•Relevant Role- Development Expert/ Solution Architect /Tech Architect
•Telco Processes and Operations
•Industry/Customer/Product: Enterprise products


Essentials -

•Proven track record of defining and governing complex Product architecture and solution designs in a Telco environment.
•Sound overall knowledge of design, development, integration, data design methodologies, coding standards, version control, continuous deployment methodologies, scrum testing and industry best practices.
•Strong communication, engagement, influencing and decision-making skills able to deliver in a matrix environment and balance conflicting interests
•Ability to translate Business Requirements into IT Designs with maximum re-use of previous solutions
•Having expertise knowledge of Kenan Billing System.

Key accountabilities and decision ownership

Impact on the business:

• Act as IT representative towards business and business representative towards IT for Amdocs Products
• Lead effort to identify and analyse business drivers to derive business, information, technical, and solution requirements and to analyse IT industry and market trends and determine potential impact upon Enterprise.
• Liaise with Business Engagement managers to understand solution needs.

Customers, suppliers and third parties:

• Ensure that solutions implemented meet business objectives and leverage on best practice.
• Working collaboratively with central and local Technology stakeholders to ensure that the right technology infrastructure is in place to support the central and local delivery and operations


Leadership and Teamwork:
• Sets clear objectives and deliverables for the project
• Provide leadership and technical guidance to all members of the team


Innovation and Change:
• Drive innovation agenda in IT Domain process and systems together with SW providers, Business and Sis.
• Maximize the usage of technology to simplify systems and processes and ultimately drive efficiency in Enterprise to enable business growth.
• Serve as an independent conduit for external requests and queries and provide education on directions and goals.
