What you’ll do
The main purpose of the role is to ensure that the agreed-on strategic themes, standards and principles of IT strategy and architecture are realized and adhered to through the major initiatives executed in market.
More specifically you will:
- Create architecture impact assessments and develop transition plans for implementation of target architectures.
- Provide technology governance to ensure that solutions are aligned to the global IT and business strategies and identify opportunities for re-use of solutions across markets
- Prepare and coordinate the Digital & IT architecture roadmap
- Drive design, engineering, reuse, application of patterns, and create Enabler Epics for the architectures that comprise the solutions in a portfolio
- Support Solution Architects to deliver the designs in complex projects
- Work along with Business Architect and business stakeholders to clarify high level requirements and capability gaps
- Steering and talking with stakeholders across the organization to define technology change based on strategy
- Participate in the Digital & IT Architecture Review Board for the categorized complex architecture initiatives to enable Architecture’s decision making
- Facilitate and run experience & knowledge share sessions for all levels in the organization
Who you are
- Strong experience in designing and integrating BSS/OSS systems
- Expertise in API management, data governance, system integration, and orchestration
- Ability to govern architecture assets & specifications, risks & issues and dependencies to influence roadmap execution
- Influence strategy definition and its execution through the delivery of an architectural roadmap, while gaining influence at senior and technical expert levels across IT and Group functions
- Experience with Cloud Architecture and DevOps concept
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both written and spoken Greek and English.
- Academic Degree qualified
- Experience with Digital & IT Enterprise Architecture
- Experience of Agile Way of Working with good knowledge of SAFe and SCRUM
