Sales Reporting Specialist - Experienced

.

Your role in a nutshell:


To implement and manage reporting and analytics solutions to fulfil reporting requirements for top strategic accounts or for the internal top management. To provide reports and data analytics, to draw conclusions and make recommendations. To develop, automate and standardize the reporting processes

What will you do in your role:

• Drive business efficiency by taking accountability of providing accurate data and high-quality insights on Sales & Commercial Services processes
• Drive better understanding of business activities and lifecycles via in-depth analysis within the team
• Create and maintain platforms for actionable insights and promote them towards stakeholders across multiple departments (Sales, Sales Operations, Bid, Pricing, In-Life)
• Design, construct and maintain a wide set of tools like reports and applications, customized to satisfy stakeholders’ needs
• Provide subject matter expertise regarding all processes in order to support each team member in their operational tasks
• Exploit available tools, applications and capabilities or identify possibilities to implement such enablers to drive efficiency across all functions of the team
• Develop and maintain great relationships with all stakeholders within SBS, SCO and local organizations

What you will bring to the team:

• experience in data analysis, interpretation,
reporting and presentation of findings
• experience in working with data warehouses &
business intelligence tools. global database
management
• fluent English
• advanced MS office (Excel, Access, Power
Point) and SQL skills
• High level of negotiating and influencing skills.
• Ability to balance conflicting interests and
make decisions based on incomplete or
unreliable information
• 2+ years’ experience working with SQL queries
• analytical/ data analysisskills
