Hello there! We’re Vodafone Intelligent Solutions (also known as _VOIS) and we’re looking for a

Italian Speaking Sales Data Management Specialist

(maternity cover)

Your role in a nutshell:

To support Sales Support and Data Management related activities. To resolve Process related queries, complaints and questions verbally and in writing in accordance with the actual process regulatory and process specific guidelines provided by our Partners, and within SLA targets and within other business given targets and deadlines. To own the day-to-day problem/ incident and data management processes. To ensure that problems are identified proactively, and incidents are acknowledged. To resolve cases within SLA targets, using escalation management and problem-solving techniques, communicating result and handling objections accordingly.

To provide customer and technical support, working closely with other support teams, in order to provide an outstanding managed service to Customers and Sales, demonstrating a Sales Enablement mindset

What you’ll do:

  • Processes and corrects client data/ client data mapping in collaboration with other departments.
  • Performs continuous process monitoring including process optimization and new process design.
  • Manages technical and functional problems in the CRM database.
  • Deals with trouble tickets
  • Provides training for the team members
  • Creates complex reports based on customer data, and ad hoc reports - reactive and proactive, with the goal of raising data quality.
  • Keeping up to date the L5 document
  • Provide support in case of any account issues such as bug account, massive account reassignment, merge account, account activation, Flow CCBS check.
  • Regarding the opportunities perform the below activities: Opportunity Bug, Data Opportunity modification, Tier / Documents, Retrigger, Opportunity Check, Opportunity Action and Upload Team Opportunity

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • Administrator level experience with CRM systems (salesforce.com)
  • Experience in mobile telecom and IT solutions
  • Telecom sector experience in multinational environment (desired)
  • Computer skills (MS Office, with an emphasis on Excel)
  • Fluent Italian/ English (depending on the country of operation)
  • Quick learner
  • Strong analytical and logical skills
  • Business acumen

  • Communication and interpersonal skills
