Are you ready to take on an exciting challenge? Join our Partner Markets team as Service and Operations Manager and you will develop a deep understanding of the Partners’ organisation, forge trusted effective relationships with key senior stakeholders and have responsibility of the listed function areas.
As part of the transaction, Vodafone will continue to support a divested OpCo with a number of Transitional Services and support its separation from Vodafone. The Principal Serv. Ops Lead Zegona (temporary position) role will focus on the divested OpCo, managing the service delivery of these areas through the separation period, and building and executing migration plans where applicable and will play a key role in the assessment, quantification, and mitigation of operational and delivery issues.

- Generate profitable revenues for our Partners and Vodafone by sharing in the financial upsides created across the Partner Markets community.
Key accountabilities:
- Oversee the overall operational & service co-ordination from the LOB into the divested OpCo against the provisions in the TSA’s.
- Single point of contact for managing Change requests, early terminations, and service disruptions.
- To align this workstream with the migration workstream, communicate plans to service owners to assess potential impact and identify close down processes required on termination of the service.
- Co-ordinate the service review meetings, capturing and ensuring all actions are completed where there is a requirement against an existing service provision.
- Ensure and completion and provision of all existing and future service reporting from LOB to the new service owners.
- Good balance between strategic thinking and pragmatic business planning - ability to distil complex problems and determine core strategic deliverables Capability to prioritise conflicting targets and multiple activities for impact.
- Ability to communicate for impact with highly effective verbal and written communication skills (business fluent in English and Spanish is essential).
- Strong B2B account management skills and proven track record on C-level.
- Self-starter who is committed to delivering results and making decisions.
