What you’ll do
Responsible from the overall Revenue Management and Growth strategies of the all products group in Vodafone Business Unit. The aim of job role is, maximizing revenue and profit of complex and high-value corporate deals with commercial approach, set and deliver realistic commitments to our customers and ensure consistent, high-quality proposals and quantify and mitigate risk for Vodafone and our partners
• Manage and execute entire projects or components of large projects from start to finish including project management, data gathering and analysis, problem solving, and clear communication of insights and recommendations.
• Responsible from maximizing revenue and profit of complex and high-value corporate deals,
• Set and deliver realistic commitments to our customers and ensure consistent, high-quality proposals,
• Quantify and mitigate risk for Vodafone and our partners,
• Proactively leads the commercial pricing decision-making across multiple products and services for multinational enterprise customers.
• Influences the customers’ decision-making process through quality proposal material and building trust in client meetings; participates in customer negotiations.
• Advises key stakeholders on the structure and development of commercial offers in order to maximize profitability, typically in complex multi-facetted commercial propositions spanning multiple geographies.
• Gives professional guidance to team members and shares knowledge. Drives cross-functional learning reviews, identifies administrative/organizational tasks for audit and tracking purposes.
• Coordinate relevant departments for each offer with project management approach, provides defined and clear stakeholder engagement,
• Self-motivating and able to work under minimal supervision,
Who you are
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering or Business, Economics, master degree is a plus
• Min. 3 years of experience especially in Pricing, Marketing or Finance departments
• Presentable and strong analytical thinking skills
• Work under high pressure and time constraints
• Strong written, verbal communication skills& inter-personal skills both in Turkish and English
• Telecom sector experience is a plus
• Multi-task management
• Problem solving & decision making
• Results-driven and delivery-focused
• Flexible mind set to adapt to a constantly changing conditions
• Flexible working hours
