Role Purpose:

Manage and maintain regular reporting and portfolio updates to provide clear visibility into project statuses and performance.
Standardize KPIs and workflows across the portfolio to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational goals.
Engage with vendors to ensure effective collaboration and delivery of services.
Drive transformation initiatives to enhance efficiency and effectiveness within the portfolio.
Utilize Jira for project tracking and management, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
Leverage Power BI to create insightful dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement within the portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of portfolio initiatives

Essence of Role – Key Accountabilities:

Proven experience in portfolio management, reporting, and analytics.
Proficiency in Jira for project tracking and management.
Strong skills in Power BI for creating dashboards and reports.
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
Experience in standardizing KPIs and workflows.
Strong vendor management and engagement skills.
Ability to drive transformation initiatives and manage change effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong presentation skills
Ability to synopsise data to be consumed at multi levels within the organisation.

We Are Looking For You, If You Have:

Essential
Have a 3rd Level qualification in IT or a related discipline
Experience in IT governance and portfolio management.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and practices.
Certification in project management or related field.
Power BI Experience
