Job Description:

• Working to build a clear catalog/portfolio for different services with steps and R&R for each service on office 365.
• Build the required tools to support our work with different customers as migration tools.
• Ensuring alignment with business goals and scalability for future growth.
• Define and enforce cloud governance frameworks, security controls, and compliance measures within office Cloud environments.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and trends in cloud computing, evaluating their potential application within the organization's cloud strategy.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 6 years of experience as Office 365 administration & migration or a similar role, with a focus on designing and implementing solutions on office 365.
2. Strong proficiency in office 365 services with well know a full capability and how can we build end to end design with full capability.
3. Office 365 Administration and Support
Manage and maintain Office 365 services, including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
Monitor Office 365 health, security, and compliance using the Admin Center and Microsoft Defender.
Provide tier 2/3 support for Office 365-related issues, escalating to Microsoft if required.
Configure and manage Office 365 licenses, subscriptions, and service plans.
4. Exchange Online and Hybrid Configuration
Administer and troubleshoot Exchange Online, including mailbox configuration, distribution groups, and shared mailboxes.
Set up and manage hybrid Exchange environments, ensuring seamless integration between on-premises and cloud services.
Implement and monitor mail flow rules, security policies, and spam/phishing protections.
Perform message tracking and troubleshoot mail delivery issues.
5. Active Directory and Azure AD Management
Administer and manage on-premises Active Directory, including user accounts, groups, and GPOs.
Configure and troubleshoot Azure AD Connect for synchronization between on-premises AD and Azure AD.
Implement and manage role-based access control (RBAC) in Azure AD.
Integrate and maintain Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions with Azure AD for various applications.
