What you’ll do
In your role as a Marketing Strategy Specialist, you will spearhead the transformation project for Vodafone Business, positioning it as a significant contender in the digital services sector in Portugal with the Spark Program.
You will be the key liaison for all group/local market interactions, ensuring that our transition to global beyond connectivity (B&C) products is seamless and effective.
Your role will involve crafting and executing innovative positioning strategies on Go-To-Market and maintaining a strong digital focus to deliver an exceptional Digital customer experience.
Main Responsibilities and Contributions:
- Drive the GTM Strategy for Cybersecurity & Managed Services
- Aggregate and Coordinate the collaboration with Vodafone Group Portfolio leads and Project stream owners on the global Spark program
- Work and align with global and local teams to understand investment and delivery constraints, manage interdependencies between projects, and overall B2B transformation
- Provide insights to improve the integrated approach by segment from bundled and converged propositions between A, B, and C to GTM and channel strategy through Acceleration Units, playbooks, and Other initiatives
- Act as advocate to deliver exceptional customer experience for Cybersecurity e Managed services, providing vision and perspective to group marketing and technology teams
- Monitor and provide validated analyses and advice on commercial initiatives via governance forums and drive interlock between local market product/commercial and global priorities
Who you are
Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Management, Engineering (or similar)
Experience of managing P&L
Experience of working with multi-national stakeholder groups
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Fluent in Portuguese and English
B2B Product and Proposition Knowledge: knowledge and understanding of cybersecurity and Managed Services products and features in Vodafone Business,
Market knowledge. Being able to understand the market landscape and effectively differentiate our products and propositions from the competition
Commercial Acumen in the B2B Environment: Strong commercial acumen within the B2B environment to enable effective commercial initiatives and targeting on B&C products
Experience of Working within Complex, International Matrix Environment: Experience of working in/with local markets and/or multinational functions to collectively deliver successful outcomes.
