Carrier & B2B Clearing (FCH) is at the forefront of delivering high-value, non-standard products and services in the telecommunication industry. We provide end-to-end financial clearing solutions and services for various business models, including revenue billing, collections, invoice verification, netting & payment, and accounting & reporting, all at the highest level of automation. Our solutions cater to Roaming, Interconnect, Messaging, Fixed Line, and related B2B commercial models.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving continuous process improvement across a variety of Roaming products in the CBC portfolio. Your role will involve making innovative proposals based on data and process analytics, and closely interacting with our customers to understand their needs. You will play an active part in various projects, ensuring our solutions are tailored to the unique requirements of Vodafone Roaming Services and VF Local Markets. You will:

  • Impact on the Business: Ensure our processes operate with high automation and strong controls, delivering consistent, high-quality service.
  • Customer & Stakeholder Engagement: Build positive relationships across the organization, including Fin Ops, Business in Group and Local Markets, and cross-functional teams (Technology, IT, Commercial & VOIS).
  • Innovation & Change: Drive continuous improvement by seeking opportunities to simplify and transform ways of working.

Who you are

  • Telecommunications Experience: Proven experience in the telecommunications industry, ideally in Carrier/Roaming specific areas.
  • Structured Outputs: Ability to create structured outputs such as data analysis, reports, presentations, and documentation.
  • Analytical and Critical Thinking: Use data to drive structured analysis and make informed decisions.
  • Effective Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skill and ability to engage with a diverse range of stakeholders across various functions and locations.
  • Ownership and Accountability: Take full responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure their successful completion.
  • Change Management: Deliver plans in environments with uncertainty, competing priorities, and obstacles.
  • Cultural Adaptability: Work effectively in multicultural, multifunctional, and geographically dispersed environments.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively and clearly in both written and spoken forms.
