Job Description
Your day to day:
The Demand and Consultancy Specialist is responsible for on-boarding Customers (LMs/group functions) for secure consumption of Public Cloud Services(PCS) using DevSecOps principles and to provide consultancy and support throughout the demand and implementation lifecycle.
With these activities you will have a great impact on our business:
- Customer engagement & onboarding: demand Consultation - customer’s SPOC for PCS P&S introduction and on-boarding; demand allocation & tracking – service catalogue and PPM assignments of the PCS Squad Leads and track demands in PPM; workload assessment- Identification of team workload to ensure balanced performance by producing resource utilization report
- Governance: process management- identification, design and improvement of standard processes in PCS; tool management - management and enhancements of tools used in PCS (E.g. Jira/ Confluence)
- Reporting & KPIs: reporting- data collection, aggregation and refinement in order to provide status updates at different levels (E.g. SRMs); KPI review & monitoring - Tracking and monitoring Agile metrics to measure team performance.

- Strong relationship building and communications skills
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Agile software development environment and methods, e.g. Scrum, TDD, BDD, Kanban
- SAFE / Agile
