What you’ll do

You are a strong teammate with a focus on providing a top-class customer service to our clientele base of Small Office / Home Office (SoHo) businesses, by managing prospective, new and existing SME and SoHo customers aiming to achieve company targets.

For our SoHo customers communication is of vital importance to keep their business running and YOU as their Business Advisor will give them a first-class experience by meeting their needs via optimal solutions. Your success in this role could lead to other equally exciting roles within Vodafone.

Job Responsabilities

  • Delivering Results: Achieve quantitative and qualitative targets
  • Customer Satisfaction:

- Frequent contact (phone calls and visits) with SME&SOHO customers.

- Promoting & developing customer satisfaction practices

- Analyse customer’s communication costs, suggest the right solution to reduce them, explain our various products and services

- Retention of the existing customers by organizing frequent meetings with them, dealing with their general and specific requirements, and enforcing the mutual collaboration.

- Promote directly new products and services and offers to the customers.

  • Market Awareness

- Provide qualitative feedback on post-paid customer behavior as requested by the Manager

  • Management:

- Ensure and control the application of all company’s policies and procedures by all employees.

  • General Duties:

- Participate in all weekly Corporate/Retail Sales Meetings

- Participate in all training sessions scheduled by the company

- Working within a flexible store team environment whilst being able to meet the needs of a local business community

- Support and implement new ideas and encourage the sharing of best practice throughout different channels within Vodafone.

- The right interpersonal skills to train and facilitate other colleagues in the store.
