Job Responsibilities
- 24 * 7 operations of Windows server infrastructure, assuring maximum stability and efficiency in line with ITIL processes (Incident, Service Request, Problem, Task, Change, Release)
- Support and execute Windows server system administration tasks, decommissioning programs Providing support in key critical activities relating to Windows Server Operations
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
- Working knowledge on Windows Server, Patching.
- Working knowledge on Failover clusters, Active Directory
- Working knowledge of virtualisation technologies like VMWare
- PowerShell scripting experience
- Excellent read/write capabilities in English
- Experienced in multinational environments
