Role


Primary Skills (not more than 2):
Advanced knowledge of SQL and extensive experience with Datawarehouse systems.
Experience in data analysis of large complex datasets

Alternate Skills (if applicable) :
GCP or other cloud exposure
Familiarity with visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Knowledge of statistics and experience with statistical analysis methods.

Role purpose:

• Conduct detailed analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights that support business strategy.
• Working for Business Intelligence requires a good understanding of the business context and the business requirements.
• As a Senior Expert Analyst, you will be responsible for the independent End2End implementation of complex analysis requests and analysis projects to optimise business performance.
• You understand the underlying question and choose the best solution, alternative insights are actively prepared and communicated.
• Create and maintain regular reports, dashboards, and visualizations to present analysis results to stakeholders at all levels as if needed.
• Conduct ad-hoc data analyses based on specific business requirements and questions.
• Ensure data integrity and accuracy by cleaning, transforming, and validating data.
• Carry out exploratory data analyses and use them to influence DWH structures and reports.
• Recognise analytical distortions and implement suitable measures to avoid them.
• Present complex technical and functional contexts in an understandable way for requesters (storytelling)

- In-depth knowledge of DWH capability, DWH architecture, SQL, UNIX, process management
- Knowledge of data security and data protection as well as interdisciplinary knowledge
- Knowledge of the telecom environment
- Very good conceptual skills, analytical and strategic thinking

Core competencies, knowledge and experience [max 5]:
Essential:
- In-depth knowledge of DWH capability, DWH architecture, SQL, UNIX, process management
- Knowledge of data security and data protection as well as interdisciplinary knowledge
- Knowledge of the telecom environment
- Very good conceptual skills, analytical and strategic thinking

Experience:
- At least 5 to 10 years of professional experience in data analysis or a comparable role.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and deliver actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively present analysis results.
- Attention to Detail: High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Team Player: Ability to collaborate in a cross-functional team environment.

Good experiences in:
- Good skills in SQL and Python
- Telecommunication experience
