Job Role Related Content (Role specific)

Roles and Responsibilities:

Solve incident & problem tickets and work orders from the 1st level and other departments

Correction of erroneous data by manual intervention and workarounds

Addressing, coordinating and tracking the removal of the causes of faults

Should also accomplish on call support for system during non-business hours

Should be able to handle job failures and provide quick workarounds

Analyze the release enhancement, identify gaps, and collaborate with development and testing team to get them fixed.

Core competencies, knowledge and experience:

Application Operation for Amdocs Enabler, Amdocs Turbo Charging (TC), Amdocs RLC (Rating Logic Configurator)

2-4 Years Experience

Must have technical/professional qualifications:

Proficient in UNIX

Write Shell Scripts

Write PL/SQL script to correct erroneous data
