What you’ll do

We're looking for an Agile Project Manager (APM) to lead the planning, organization, and motivation of agile teams.

You’ll work on high-visibility initiatives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, blending traditional project management practices with agile methodologies. If you thrive on delivering complex enterprise-level projects and enabling cross-functional collaboration, this is the role for you!

Who you are

  • Lead the delivery of projects, epics, and capabilities within a Leading SAFe Agile context, ensuring timely delivery to cost and quality benchmarks.
  • Collaborate closely with project managers and business leaders across multiple workstreams to drive seamless execution.
  • Uphold adherence to the Lean Agile Delivery Model, ensuring precise progress reporting and proactive issue/risk management with effective escalation when needed.
  • Manage internal matrix teams and third-party vendors to align efforts and meet project objectives.
  • Adapt and blend traditional project management and Agile approaches to suit the needs of large, complex initiatives, balancing agility with predictability.

Not a perfect fit?

  • Proven ability to combine project management and Agile delivery skills to deliver on-time, within-budget results in a matrix environment.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in delivering telecommunications or IT product development projects using both Agile and traditional frameworks.
  • Expertise in issue resolution, complex dependency management, and risk mitigation in matrixed teams.
  • Experience presenting progress reports and influencing senior stakeholders at F/E band level or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Agile DSDM, and Scaled Agile frameworks (e.g., Leading SAFe)
  • Prince 2 or equivalent project management certification.
  • Leading SAFe or equivalent Agile certification.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
