Job Description

The Field Operations Analyst role sits within the operations Team providing insight and reporting to support the business function achieve its objectives. Key functional areas of focus will include contract partner performance, VMO2 In-House technician performance and key projects.

The role analyses customer experience opportunities, supporting data for business decisions, driving new opportunities to improve frontline performance including partner operations, balancing cost impacts and revenue drivers. It also involves promoting solutions, and collaborating with partners from across the business to inspire change, using your skills and knowledge to educate and build compelling narratives that enables to make data informed decisions.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Highly numerate with a good problem-solving mind
  • Proficient in SQL coding, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience of working in a customer oriented environment.
  • Effective communicator; both internal and external audiences at all levels
  • Experience of developing and presenting analysis to shape decisive business strategies and experienced to tell a story with data.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Understanding of data science techniques, and a knowledge of the GCP environment.
  • Flexible and tenacious approach to work with the ability to perform under pressure
  • Able to handle several significant work tasks in parallel to ensure that timescales are met.
  • Excellent teammate who can work as part of team across multi-functional teams.
