Job Description
Working as a Senior Performance Optimisation Manager,you will be responsible for harnessing actionable insight to inform optimization opportunities on Priority customer experience, rewards, events and experiences and with partners. This is a critical role ensuring we have a capability to support day to day proactive management of Priority’s member base, growth and optimal engagement to ensure that programme and commercial KPI’s are continuously delivered. The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably within loyalty or market context
- Proficient using digital survey tools (e.g. Medallia, Qualtrics)
- Highly proficient managing digital analytics tools and common AB/MVT software (e.g., Leanplum, Optimizely, Google Analytics. SWRVE, Braze
- Experience of using online data visualisation tools (e.g. MicroStrategy, Tableau, Looker)
- Proficient of implementing and interpreting results AB and MV testing.
The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring;
- Customer champion, understand and advocate the voice of our users and key segments. Generate behavioural insight into customer usage patterns across different user segments and customer cohorts.
- Pioneer of our optimisation and experimentation program - identify, create, run and analyse optimisation tests.
- Support the Priority team with data led insight into user usage or the platform delivering continuous improvement to the platform.
- Support annual planning through the creation of forecasts that allow the wider team to plan activities and allocate budget.
- Support the Partnership team and Editorial Manager with data led insight into their user journeys ensuring that the correct content is being delivered to the right customers at the right time and by the most efficient mean.
