Job Description

We've got a great new opportunity for a Senior Manager Integration Design to join the Enterprise Integration & Automation team!

You'll oversee the Enterprise Integration Design team, ensuring APIs meet all our Integration design standards and principles.

The Design Manager leads all aspects of integration design as it moves through the implementation process, coordinating changes by keeping an eye on delivery plans and sharing updates. Engagements into the team vary, you may be working with your team to come up with practical delivery plans or handling resource requests for integration consulting or federating the work of partners delivering design.

You'll play a key role in leading API design, managing integration strategies, and setting design standards and policies to ensure our APIs are secure, scalable, and efficient. This role is all about delivery—helping us grow and enhance our API capabilities on a large scale. You'll need to be a problem-solver, coming up with innovative solutions for a core function at VMO2.

You'll lead a small but key team and work with suppliers to help us scale. You’ll take charge of the roadmap for our strategic API Catalogue, making sure our APIs are the key building blocks for VMO2's capability and maximising API re-use. You'll also be responsible for maintaining clear and detailed API documentation and offering training and support as needed.
