Job Description

This role is part of the Tesco Mobile team and will be based out of our Manchester office.

Our working style is hybrid, but we recognise the importance of time together and typically spend 2 days per week in one of our offices.

You will be part of the Credit Risk & Fraud squad, a team of 7, working on multiple priorities in a fast paced, agile environment. The team is responsible for our identity, fraud, credit worthiness and payment checks, and much more besides. We spend time butterflying into different squads across the business, providing advice, expertise and change support.

The role involves leading credit risk analytics activities, including deep-dives, segment performance, strategy reviews and providing ad-hoc insight into emerging trends and risks. Ensure the availability of high-quality data for analysis and reducing the manual effort through automation. Work collaboratively with team members and the wider business to provide data and insight that supports the decision making to improve our business performance and customer outcomes. Also support and influence the delivery of credit risk insight through the existing MI suite as well as the creation of new reports and dashboards.
