Job Description

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our delivery function. As a PM, you'll take the lead on a range of Commercial, Operational or Technology projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and to the highest quality standards, making a significant impact on our business outcomes. You'll collaborate closely with Business Analysts and Programme Managers, guiding cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution from initiation to benefits realization.

In addition to your project delivery responsibilities, you’ll excel in stakeholder management, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to meet diverse needs and expectations. Your strong leadership skills will empower you to motivate teams, while your meticulous attention to detail will ensure compliance with organisational standards and methodologies like Scrum and PRINCE2. You'll oversee resource allocation, manage dependencies, and foster robust relationships with third-party partners, ensuring timely and effective project delivery. The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

• Proven track record in project delivery, planning, operations, and working in commercial or complex business collaborative environments
• Experience in managing and reporting on project finances and budgeting e.g forecasting and financial status updates
• Skilled in managing virtual teams working on multiple large cross-functional projects simultaneously, with a successful history of delivering such projects
• Experience with waterfall and agile project planning processes, techniques, and methodologies such as MSP, PRINCE2, APM and Scrum
• Ability to understand and manage multiple project risks, issues and dependencies, effectively dealing with uncertainty while being proactive and forward-looking
• Knowledge of risk trade-off options and their impact on project success
• Skills in stakeholder management, negotiation, and conflict resolution. Capable of engaging and managing stakeholders effectively, resolving issues, and understanding their drivers and needs

• Professional certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), APM. PRINCE2, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
