IMPROVE OUR NETWORK FOR EVERYONE Join the team responsible for coordinating mobile network growth (through upgrades to the existing infrastructure & the procurement of new sites), enhancing our network and improving the Customer experience for everyone around the UK. Grow your potential as a Project Management Apprentice and join them in connecting communities, earning £30,000 whilst doing it. Make things happen As an apprentice, you’ll get involved in reviewing potential and proposed acquisitions to ensure they’re compliant to all statutory requirements, whilst aligning to the Business; strategy, commercial constraints and in-year targets. Explore what it takes to upgrade existing sites or build brand new sites, getting involved in the full management of new acquisitions. You’ll gain a good understanding of our legal undertakings, the design compliance process, third party management, procurement routes, and more. Day-to-day, you could be: *Learning everything there is to know about the legal elements of Code rights as a Telecommunications company *Visiting sites to understand how they’re designed & built, the decisions we need to make and how drawings translate into a physical build *Leading on supplier relationships to ensure targets are met Who we are The UK’s fastest broadband network. We are relocating our offices to central Manchester, so successful candidates should be comfortable travelling to central Manchester after this period. You will need at least 5 GCSEs level 4-9, or a level 3 equivalent to be eligible for this scheme. The other stuff we are looking for We’re looking for confident individuals who aren’t afraid to push back when required and have a real belief in what they’re doing. You should have proficient IT skills and the confidence to manage internal stakeholders and external third parties. Having a driving licence will be useful within this role, as you’ll be visiting sites and suppliers, but it’s not an essential requirement for this role.
