Job Description
As a Product Owner, you'll be joining the Digital InLife Product division, specifically the Digital Care Product part of the team. The team is responsible for defining and delivering our digital care experiences and solution, with the goal of increasing the amount of customer issues solved digitally.
You will be reporting into the Head of Digital Product, Care and will own one of the following Digital Care Products: Early Life, Billing & Payments, Movers, Faults, Appointment manager.

The must haves
- 5+ years’ experience in leading a cross functional team as product owner
- Experience applying a test and learn approach to product evolution and a strong passion for doing the right thing for the customer
- Be able to understand user feedback and analytics to make informed decisions
- Experience practicing digital–first methodology with the latest toolsets and analytically-focussed setup
- A track record of features and the KPI’s/targets they’ve hit
The other stuff we are looking for
- You will be responsible for turning the E2E product vision into a tangible vision for your product
- Be fully accountable for the end-to-end delivery of your solution, from discovery to release and optimisation
- Responsible for setting and tracking value at stake for your product
- You will be responsible for setting the agenda of your own dedicated product squad
- Strong agile methodology
