This is a 12 month Fixed Term Contract opportunity

We’re looking for a dynamic Product Owner to support our Digital Customer Lifecycle Squad! In this pivotal role, you will act as the key link between development teams and stakeholders, ensuring that we deliver outstanding, customer-focused products. You’ll focus on driving a digitally enabled commercial strategy and improving self-serve functionality across online channels. As part of a cross-functional team, you’ll build and refine functional requirements for the entire customer journey in the acquisition and early-life stages, while crafting a seamless, best-in-class digital experience.

Working closely with senior product leaders, you’ll ensure the successful delivery of our customer lifecycle strategy, driving continuous improvements in key digital journeys and unlocking the potential of our VMO2 strategy. You’ll be responsible for maintaining a high standard of product quality, delivering sprint goals on time, and optimizing customer outcomes. Your role will require you to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment, balancing rapidly changing priorities while continuously improving customer experience and digital performance metrics. The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Experience working as a Product Owner for a forward-thinking organisation
  • Experience applying a test and learn approach to product evolution
  • Experience working with data science products
  • Extensive experience within a customer experience role with a proven ability to deliver improvements. A Commercial and customer-focused mindset
  • You’ll have performed a role previously practicing digital–first methodology with the latest toolsets and analytically-focussed setup
  • You have a strong passion for doing thing right for customers, creating seamless experiences and designing product platform strategies

The other stuff we are looking for

We'd also love you to bring;

  • Experience with Jira
  • Experience working in Agile
  • Experience of operating at pace, with ambiguity and be comfortable dealing with fast-moving, rapidly changing priorities
  • You’ll need to be an innovative and creative thinker, with the ability to apply analytical rigour and problem-solving skills to your product
