This role is a 12 Month FTC
We are looking for a PPC Executive with experience in implementation and optimisation of PPC campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to join the Virgin Media O2 digital team and be an active member in a team of in-house PPC experts, building the framework for how we approach PPC advertising going forward.
Digital marketing is an essential function within Virgin Media O2 responsible for driving online sales. In this role you will take ownership of some areas of our PPC accounts activity for acquisition. You will be responsible for ensuring that we deliver innovative campaigns that meet Performance objectives through a clear test-and-learn approach. On top of this, you will work closely with internal teams, Google, and key partners to improve our maturity with regards to data-driven marketing and automation.
You will be responsible for working across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Search Ads 360. You will be working closely with our PPC Managers & the rest of the PPC Team to conceptualise, execute & review campaigns. This role requires a strong analytical mindset and creative problem-solving skills, as you will be entrusted with maintaining best-in-show accounts, requiring autonomy and self-motivation.
A good understanding of reporting dashboards and key performance indicators is essential. GA4 is advantageous. Who we are

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
•Experience of working within Google Ads, Microsoft Ads & Search Ads 360 •1 - 2 years of working within PPC•Comfortable analysing large data sets and making data-led decisions •Ability to work in an agile environment with a fast-moving Digital team The other stuff we are looking for •Strong attention to detail and commercial acumen •Driven by delivering the best possible results •An interest in technology and an appetite to test new things •Strong communication skills (both verbal and written) •Strong understanding of PowerPoint and Excel programmes What's in it for you
