Working as a Performance Optimisation Executive,you will support the Manager & HOD in developing optimisation opportunities for Priority based on actionable insight supported by best practice test and learn rigour and detailed analysis.

This role will support day to day proactive management of Priority’s member base, growth and optimal engagement to ensure that programme and commercial KPI’s are continuously delivered

The must haves In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role, preferably within loyalty or market conte
  • Expert in using digital analytics tools and common AB/MVT software (e.g., Leanplum, Optimizely, Google Analytics. SWRVE, Braze)
  • Experience writing SQL or Python in databases (e.g. Big Query, Teradata)
  • Able to implement and interpret results of AB and MV testing.
  • Experience using digital survey tools (e.g. Medallia, Qualtrics)

The other stuff we are looking for We'd also love you to bring;

  • Support generation of actionable insight into customer usage patterns across different user segments and channels.
  • Support the Priority Optimisation Manager identifying opportunities to test and analysis results in our AB testing programme.
  • Manage requirements and ensure a suite of performance management reports is in place for Priority to self-serve across multiple data and reporting platforms.
  • Assist the Partnerships & Promotion team with data led insight into member journeys ensuring rewards, benefits, experiences are being developed and delivered for the right customers at the right time and by the most efficient mean.
  • Support the Priority Optimisation Manager identifying opportunities to test and analysis results in our AB testing programme.
