Job Description

We are looking for someone to bring our media effectiveness framework to life, someone who can pull together many data sources into one place to build a clear narrative of what’s working and what’s not with our paid media. It’s a great opportunity to be part of a lean team who operate closely with our commercial and marketing areas.

Our business model is unique. We work with our members (our customers) to understand their needs in all areas of the business. We love this highly collaborative approach. Our bright and modern gaff is in Uxbridge, in leafy West London. But if commuting isn’t your favourite, most of our roles can be hybrid or work from home, or anywhere in between. If you like coming in, you’ll always find some office buddies. And if you like big occasions, we really bring the office to life monthly for our themed culture days. Plus all our giffgaffers come together at our legendary giffgaff summer, birthday and Christmas celebrations.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you will have the following experience;

  • Experience working with MMM (Marketing Mix Modelling) or econometrics models
  • Knowledge of measurement across a wide range of offline and online media channels, such as MMM, attribution, incrementality testing with a broad understanding of different measurement approaches
  • Experience of media planning and buying along with the expertise of using optimisation techniques to craft detailed media planning
  • Experience having worked with or in media agencies
  • Strong familiarity with both brand and performance metrics
