Job Description
We are seeking a strategic and visionary leader to join our BI & Analytics pillar within the Data Democratisation organisation at Virgin Media O2 as the Head of BI & Analytics. Reporting to the Director of BI & Analytics, this role will be responsible for driving the development and implementation of data strategies, and delivering actionable insights to support business objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business intelligence, analytics, and data management, as well as proven leadership experience in building and leading high-performing teams.

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Strong experience in business intelligence, analytics, data management, or related roles, with a proven track record of success in leading data-driven initiatives.
- Strong technical expertise in BI and analytics tools and technologies, such as Tableau, DBT, SQL, and data warehousing solutions.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing data strategies, roadmaps, and governance frameworks to support business objectives.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve goals and deliver results.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
