We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join VMO2 as a Global Process Owner - Order To Cash (O2C).

The GPO will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects, implementing process improvement initiatives, and driving activities related to O2C operations and strategy. You will apply your expertise in project management, process optimisation, and automation to define and implement standard methodologies for end-to-end O2C operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyse processes, and drive efficiency to optimise and improve the end to end life-cycle. Leading and influencing significant programmes including an Oracle Fusion Implementation.

The must haves

In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;

  • Accounting or a related field and/or qualified by experience
  • Oracle Fusion experience (or proven understanding of Oracle or similar ERP)
  • Relevant order-to-cash experience preferably with a multinational company including managerial positions of growing responsibilities.
  • Detailed understanding of accounting controls, with deep experience in O2C processes
  • Ability to drive change and influence within a matrixed and decentralised operating model

We'd also love you to;

  • Lead the transformation, improvement, and implementation of the end-to-end O2C capabilities within Transformation. Define and communicate the vision and strategic direction for the O2C process within the context of the ERP transformation.
  • Analyse end-to-end O2C processes, workflows, and systems to identify areas for improvement and automation
  • Lead finance transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on progress and outcomes of transformation initiatives
  • Establish and maintain an appropriate accounting control environment within Finance Operations. Ensuring all financial processes align with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements
