Job Description
Finance Business Partner for the combined SoHo business which includes Fixed, FMC, Mobile and Value Added Services; partnering the SoHo Commercial team
Proactively partner with the SoHo team and will cover but is not limited to the following key topics:
- Ownership of the SoHo P&L from volumes down to OFCF
- Opportunity to deliver growth of SOHO market share through the introduction of combined model, single P&L and clear accountability
- Finance expert on the SOHO business across all product lines
- Resourcing - forecasting cost, tracking and reconciling monthly spend
- KPI reporting and analysis – linking performance to financial impacts
- Value Creation – identifying opportunities to drive efficiencies
- Track delivery against key initiatives incorporated into budget/plan across diverse areas of responsibility (Digital, Planning, Operations)
- Partner management for SOHO directors and HoDs
- Supporting the team in Delivery of budget and regular forecasts

The must haves
In order to be considered, you must have the following experience;
- Able to develop rapport and credibility with key partners and communicate across various stakeholder levels
- Professional Accountancy Qualification/MBA
- Previous telecommunications experience advantageous
- Proven experience in a business partner role
- Supporting the team with monthly / annual / ad-hoc re-forecasting and budgeting
The other stuff we are looking for
We'd also love you to bring;
- Champion change within division to enable continuous improvements and automation in processes to drive efficiencies
- Preparation of adhoc business cases, pre and post analysis of major initiatives
- Supporting Capex & IC case development and review
- Monthly reporting of SOHO performance, including tracking Risks & Opportunities
- Support the financial planning and analysis processes with metrics and data insights for financial risks, opportunities, and investment decisions
